Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. If there’s any delay due to inventory or logistics, we’ll notify you via email.
2. Delivery Zones
We currently ship only within India. If your pin code is not serviceable, you’ll be notified at checkout. For special requests, reach out to us at contact@tapfervie.com.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—these will be clearly communicated.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional access.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can monitor your shipment directly through the courier’s portal.
6. Risk of Loss
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Tapfer Vie is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
